Race Street Labs welcomes first tenant to former Hahnemann Hospital space as owner plots next phase

With the first tenant nearly moved in at Race Street Labs, the owner of the 180,000-square-foot complex carved out of a portion of the former Hahnemann University Hospital is already planning to expand.
